Today's a New Day

I'm starting again..again. It seems like I've started back so many times it is almost not worth it. But I'm getting older and starting to feel it. So I'm going to do a 5x5 workout with the goal being 3 times a week and to walk two miles 2 or 3 times a week.

I'll keep you posted on how it goes. I'm at the gym right now an ready to start again.
