Holidays Suck!

If you are trying to be on a diet. I gained 6 pounds since Thanksgiving. My in laws were in town for the week and I didn't get anything done, including going to the gym.

The last couple weeks haven't been any better. Today is the second day in a row for the gym. I need a workout bad!

I'm making workouts a priority. Other things can wait a couple hours a day for me to work out. It makes me feel better and enjoy life more.

It's my current 30 day challenge. Workout 5 days a week.
